Project DescriptionComplete kitchen remodel of our 1985 home. Want to remove the wall between kitchen and living room to create an open floor plan. Looking for quartz countertops, custom shaker cabinets in white, a large island with seating, new stainless appliances, and recessed lighting. Current kitchen is about 180 sq ft, will expand to ~250 sq ft with the wall removal. We've already had a structural engineer confirm the wall isn't load-bearing.
